Last week I posted about a significant legal victory that will significantly curb the activity of patent trolls.
In this morning's (6/1) edition of the Washington Post, an article appeared discussing a case where the Supreme Court issued a major ruling against companies that attempt to use patent law as a strategy to restrict purchasing options and habits. As this article points out, "this case has huge implications for how we think about technology ownership in America and your rights as a user."
