Good morning. Pitney Bowes has decided not to offer contracted service on the DM1000 as of the end of our contract in Nov. 17' Their replacement meter is substantially more expensive. We meter upwards of 1.5 million pcs. a year utilizing WOW on a large portion of the mail. We also have an internal program that helps with the postage billing/reconciliation that would need to change due to the new PB 'cloud' change.
