    Rob,

In coordination with the USPS, Idealliance recently launched the online MailPro Training & Certification Program to rave reviews. The course equips those involved in the extended printing and mailing supply chain with a complete understanding of the postal-facing aspects of mailing. More than 500 have already registered. Details of the program are attached. If you have any questions or need additional resources, please contact membership@... or call 703.837.1070 and they can further direct you.

    Good Morning Nechamie,

You may have missed the information Steve Bonoff posted last week with this thread. It is easy to miss the attachment in a post so have included a screen shot  below as an example. You can find more information on our website at http://services.idealliance.org/prod/memberportal/iCommerce/Training/MailPro.aspx or feel free to contact me directly at 703-837-1075 and I would be glad to help.

For those looking for a sample MailPro lesson, please visit http://www.idealliance.org/-SB2uploads/Mail_Pro_Fund_PUB/Network_Operations/index.html

    Nechamie,

All members of our technical support team have experienced and achieved certifications from the Idealliance Mail Professional training program and found the program to be extremely valuable, informative and educational.

I personally took both the fundamental and advanced courses and was impressed by the volume of challenging information presented in the materials and exams.   These certification programs strengthen the industry as a whole and we are thankful to Idealliance for developing such an excellent program.   I would encourage you and your staff to look into the program.  I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend the Mailpro course, I have been mailing for 15 years and I learned a ton of stuff I didn't know. It is very well done, user friendly and can be done in your own time. All in all, a great value.

Another good source of information and education is your local PCC (Postal Customer Council). The PCC is a network of Postal and Industry members that come together with the primary goal of education on changes and processes through the mailing system. You can get more information at Postal Customer Council - USPS
