    Thought I would share an article from "Printing Impressions" reporting good news in the on-going battle against patent trolls. As most of you know, some members of our industry have been plagued by bogus claims of patent infringement. 

    This article reports an important legal victory against this type of extortion. 

    Chalk one up for the good guys.

    Ken,

    Thanks for passing this valuable information on to all of us.  I was involved in a similar suit in the mid 90s with patent trolls involving some of the same issues.  They have been around a very long time disrupting companies and probably will continue to cause consternation for us in the industry.  Great to see how successful we can be against this form of industrial blackmail.
