    I use IMBScan Pro on my iPhone. It works pretty good. The barcodes we print are always readable but some I've gotten in the mail aren't as easy to read.

    One thing to bear in mind about this one, though, is that it hasn't been updated since 2015, and their support website is no longer online, either.

    Just went to the Apple store and installed IMBScanPro for iOS 10.3.2
    Works right out of the gate.

    I have an app called IMB reader from the App Store. It cost $1.29 and works well. Hope this helps.

    Search for "IMB Reader" on your cell phone. The iPhone has several, including on named "IMb Reader" to allow you to read and decode printed Intelligent Mail barcodes.

    I highly recommend IMB Reader for Android devices.  It's simple to operate and can save the scans for future reference.   I'm not sure but it think it might be a free app or at least pretty inexpensive.

    I use Atos "IMBScan Pro" got it through the google app store. I was about $5. Well worth it for our use. The mailing inkjet operator and digital pre-press use it to verify each job.

    I use an app called IMBScan on my Android phone. I got it on the Google Play Store. It works well, shows you STID, Serial number, MID, delivery address, etc.
