Idealliance is undertaking a refresh and reset of its leadership development programs. With our history including NAPL and its Management Institute, Idealliance is organizing the Institute for Strategic Management to lead this initiative. One word does describe our industry-CHANGE. Industry executives, whether entrepreneurial owner-operated or mid-to-large, require management and leadership development with peers to navigate the future. Idealliance currently provides two leadership programs, CEO Roundtable and Next Generation Leadership, which along with other new initiatives, will be part of the new Institute for Strategic Management.
