  • 1.  Folding and Inserting Ink Jet Treaeted Paper

We have Pitney Bowes Flowmasters with Hi-Cap feeders on the front for folding and accumulating in line as we insert.  We are having trouble feeding our ink jet treated paper, that comes off of our roll ink jet systems, through our Hi-Cap feeders.  It seems as if the coating on the paper is causing all kinds of trouble for the belts on the Hi-Cap.  Has anyone else had this problem?  If so, where you able to find a solution?  Currently we are cleaning the belts constantly and it really slows the run down.

    Scott,
You may contact  MCS  and ask about the different separator wheel/stone options  for the feeders that go above the belt and separate the pcs. as they feed through the  feeder.  Moving from  stone to wheel or vise-versa may help your issue.
