Good Morning,
Is anyone else out there seeing PAF errors when using precanceled stamps. We are applying Presort Standard PreCan stamps, in the Micro Strategy Drill down we are seeing the Clerk scan at 10 cents but the report says the eDoc is at 24.5 or 27.1. Upon looking at the mail.dat pay file we see 10 cents. I turned this into BMS over 4 weeks ago and I get nothing but crickets.
Is anyone else seeing this. OH and when I ask if BMS can do a manual repair that answer is - lets wait to see if you break the three strike rule for PAFs before we need to do a manual adjustment - this is simple the wrong answer!
