Good Morning, I am trying to prepare for a meeting with an ad agency next Monday that at one time was my largest customer. They have transitioned a lot of their efforts into email/social media and have asked me if I can provide any current statistic on direct mail response rates as well as ideas for them to use to restart the direct mail segment of the business. I wanted to ask if anyone has suggestion or ideas on current response rates as well as any other thoughts on helpful ideas to get them excited about direct mail again?
