Today, I'm including a newsletter (see attachment) that highlights updates to the required employee identity and verification process captured on the I-9 Form.
As of January 22, 2017 the updated version of the 1-9 Form must be used for all new hires, though employers are not required to complete new I-9's for any existing employees.
