We're in the process of vetting PURL service providers and have been looking at some of the major companies out there. The issue that I see is that the scope of services seems to vary widely from organization to organization. Some companies seem to just sell the software needed to generate the PURL's, while others seem to offer a full scope of services (landing page design, PURL creation, and tracking).
I'd like to know which companies have been the best to work with, and along the lines of what a direct mail house would be charging for a service like this (as it is much more elaborate than standard personalized variable data).
