Our recent Public Policy Survey indicated that "labor and human resource" issues are a top-of-mind concern for Idealliance members.Moving forward we will be providing information focused on these issues in a variety of ways that will include blogs, white papers, webinars, and legislative updates.
Our primary source for this information will be Engage, a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) that is part of Idealliance's "Member Advantage Program". I've attached a brochure that provides some general information related to Engage's service offering. Using a PEO can be a great approach to managing payroll, benefits, compliance, and a variety of human resource issues particularly for small to medium sized businesses.
