Back in July I received the email below from the USPS stating a system change would occur sometime in October. We tested and adjusted our systems for compatibility. I've not seen a follow up email from the USPS regarding an exact implementation date. I have reached out to the USPS and have had no luck on getting a response as far as actual implementation.

Attention FAST Users:

 The USPS will be transitioning to a new label list management system in October.  As a result, there will be some minor changes to the data associated with the “Download” function below.  A test dataset has been posted in RIBBS in the “Important Updates” section on the main page: https://ribbs.usps.gov/index.cfm? and is labeled as “FAST Label List Test Data”.  Please address any questions or concerns to the NCSC.

Does anyone know if this has been implemented and when it might have occurred?
