We got the Graphic Whizard 335scc about 6 months ago and it has been doing a good job for us so far, not the fastest but it allows that person to walk off and do other jobs while it runs. We don't do much with business cards but mostly use it for full bleed postcards.
If your volume will be heavy I would look at Horizon's smart slitter.

We are exploring getting some additional finishing equipment that will slit/cut/score.
