While there may be some negative, immediate impact in the aftermath of the election, I have not heard anyone talking about curtailing their activities as a result. And, if the run up in the financial markets is any indication, folks should have some free cash that fund raisers could tap into right now.
Warren Buffett advises when everyone else is fearful, be bold. When everyone else is bold, be fearful.
I'd advise my clients, accordingly.
