Receiving an error from the MDR client upload and validation tool which is a code SEV7. We have uploaded many jobs today without any issues.
Just one particular job keeps generating this error code SEV7 Description is; "system error connecting to a web service from check localekey"
Action is; "unexpected issue with network connection or server side environment".
It gives no real indication of a mail.dat format error or positions within the mail.dat file that could be incorrect.
Unsure whether to release the mail under a P1 contingency ticket or not. Surely don't want any undocumented pieces on our scorecard if this file never works.
Anyone else run into this error code before? it's not outlined in the technical guide.
