    Hi I have been a Mac person most of my life.  A few years ago we had to switch our Printsmith program to PC so much of our office is now PC.  When I forward an email to others in the office... previous threads come in as little icons you have have to open to find the previous info.  On my mac this does not happen.  Does anyone know if this is just how it is in the PC environment or is there somewhere in settings you can make everything show up when you open an email that has been forwarded?  Thanks so much for your help.  cp

    Yes the is an option that can be changed. Click on File at the top of the screen, then options. Next click on Mail (left side), then half way down "Replies and forwards" change "When Forwarding a message" send original message as an attachment.
