I would markup material costs 3x and then make sure you 2x your ink cost per sqft to cover your machine expense, time, electricity, etc. All depends on how much volume you are going to do. Set up a cost structure based on sqft breaks and price out that way. Like 0-25sqft at 5.00 per sq or 25-100 sqft at 4.25 things like that. Make sure you are competitive in your market but also that you are not losing money. There are more costs in large format then people actually calculate. Waste, sqft of your building that is taken up, actual time, cost to package the products - thing like that
