Just returned from the 2017 Postal Exchange Conference. Record participation resulted in spirited discussions on a variety of topics related to mailing and our relationship with the Postal Service. Thanks to Pritha Mehra, Steve Monteith, and the other USPS managers who offered great content and, most importantly, engaged in productive dialog. 
A range of issues were discussed including-

• Industry creating a strategic vision to accompany the USPS' 5-Year Plan
• A variety of postal operational issues related to Acceptance, Induction, and Payment
• The future of Pricing
• The evolution of MTAC

The conference was a larger version of Idealliance's Postal Operations & Technology Council (POTC) meetings which take place four times each year.

Great value, great ROI.

The Postal Exchange was indeed a very engaging event.  As a software developer who serves the industry it was great to see the other engaged software vendors who chose to participate.  Hats off to  Chris Lien -- BCC, Angelo Anagnostopoulos -- Grey Hair, Lisa Bowes – Intelisent, Brandon Carr – Lorton Data, David Probst -- Pitney Bowes  , and Bob Schimeck --Satori. 

If you’re using any type of Postal Software these are the vendors who are engaged and top of their game.
