The Idealliance Annual Conference is the one event each year that brings together all Idealliance members from all member segments to share ideas, collaborate on challenges, and build a long-lasting network of colleagues in a great environment.

Sponsorships are the backbone to having a successful event and our goal is to provide win-win opportunities for sponsors to get an excellent value on the exposure they receive, while providing vital financial support to the event. The primary goal of sponsorships at the Annual Conference is to provide the opportunity for sponsors to find leads, open dialogues with prospects, and to solidify relationships with clients. As partners for the event, Idealliance hopes to help sponsors achieve their goals.

At Idealliance we seek to:

  • Be fair in all of our sponsorship arrangements, giving each company the same access to opportunities, and exposure to conference participants.
  • Be flexible with sponsorships as long as the end results benefit all three stakeholders: the sponsoring company, Idealliance and the conference attendee.
  • Engage our sponsors in active marketing of the event to bring in more participants.

    As a sponsor, you have the right to:

  • Have access to all conference participants via advanced and post-conference lists.
  • Be provided deliverables as promised in the sponsorship agreement.
  • Be recognized onsite at the conference verbally, visually, and in person, as a sponsor partner.
  • To be treated with respect throughout the sponsorship process.

Plant Tour Transportation - SOLD

A captive audience on a bus? Yes please! Sponsor will have guaranteed seats on the transportation and hand out beverages and literature.

Benefits and results:

You will have face-to-face influential discussion time with participants during the travel on the buses, and while at the plant tours.

Suggested buy-in: $2,000

 

Conference Internet Access - SOLD

How would you like your company name to be the password for the complimentary wireless internet at the conference? Your name would be all over the conference for complimentary wireless access. And if possible, will direct attendees to your homepage.

Benefits and results:

Brand recognition and reinforcement by having your company name as the password. Redirect after login to your home page for added exposure. Will provide login numbers post event.

Golf Outing

Some of the best business networking is still done outside of the office.  Bring two reps to play and you can help arrange the foursomes. Those reps can hand out branded golf balls and beverages at the staging area, making sure to connect with all players.

Benefits and results:

You will have face-to-face greeting time with up to 25 golfers.

Suggested buy-in: $2,500

 

Charging Kiosks

Everyone will get a charge out of this. No longer will you find attendees stooped over around electric outlets. They’ll be collected at these nifty charging stations with your name. Placement next to your booth.

Benefits and results:

This will be strategically placed near your booth to allow the opportunity for your reps to open discussion as the participants wait for their devices to charge.

Board of Directors Dinner

How would you like to have an exclusive dinner with the Idealliance Board of Directors? Sponsor the dinner and two company representatives will enjoy a casual evening with quality face time with association leaders.

Benefits and results:

You will have face-to-face influential discussion time with no less than 12 executives on the Board of Directors, as well as Idealliance senior staff leadership.

Suggested Buy-in: $3,000

 

“Green” Water Break

Environmental stewardship goes beyond saving paper and electricity in your operations, this sponsorship will provide water stations throughout conference and refillable/reusable water bottles branded with your company logo.

Benefits and results:

Brand recognition and reinforcement by having your company name and logo on the water bottles.

Suggested buy-in: $3,000

 

Chairman’s Suite - SOLD

For two evenings, Wednesday and Thursday the Idealliance Chairman opens up his personal suite for entertaining conference attendees. Key industry execs end their day here to unwind, have a beverage and talk. You not only want to be there, you want to be a co-host.

Benefits and results:

Provides a location for informal face-to-face influential discussion time with conference attendees, including board members. Since this is “hosted” by the chairman, it is not a transparent sales activity, unlike if you hosted your own hospitality.

Suggested buy-in: $3,000 per night

 

Presentation Luncheon (Two available)

Once again, you’ll get podium time and even reserved seats with key executives. If the presenter has books, you’ll host the book signing at your booth. If not, we can still arrange for the speaker to be in your booth to answer additional questions.

Benefits and results:

Having a one-minute company promo from the podium to all conference attendees and ability to distribute literature either in bags or at the session. When paired with a book signing or meet and greet, attendees will be driven to your booth where you can act as the host for the presenter, gathering information and assisting with the book sales.

Happy Hour in Expo

This important time is to allow conference attendees to decompress from the day’s activities and make dinner plans with their colleagues. You’ll be the host of a “happy hour” style reception with a fun atmosphere and light refreshments. A signature custom-designed beverage named after your company in branded souvenir cups will be served.

Benefits and results:

Provides an informal opportunity for your reps to meet conference attendees face-to-face.

Suggested Buy-in: $8,000

 

Keynote Sessions - SOLD

You want podium time in front of the attendees, we want to bring in high-quality paid presenters. This is a win-win for both. You’ll get a bit of time at the mic and introduce the speaker. For some sessions, it will also include hosting a book-signing in your booth after the presentation.

Benefits and results:

Conference and Expo Kick-Off Party with Community Service Project - SOLD

This is the first social and networking event, with great energy and excitement. Idealliance is even taking it a step further by adding in a community service project, for extra PR coverage and more opportunities for interaction. Sponsor reps will be hands-on helping with the project, getting plenty of meet and greet time with attendees. Added exposure will be included through branded souvenir cups. So after the kick-off party ends, the drinks in your cups can go with the conference participant.

Benefits and results:

You will have face-to-face time with attendees as they assemble the packages. This provides an excellent conversation starter for reps to move throughout the event inviting attendees to participate in the project. Lead collection can be done in conjunction such as taking photos with the attendees, where you can collect their info to follow up with them to send them the photo.
