This meeting is being held in conjunction with the CGATS/USTAG meeting which will be held August 20-21 at the same location.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
A room block has been set up at the Chaparral Suites at a rate of $85 per night + tax. Additionally an $18.00 per night conference fee will be charged and applied a week prior to the meeting.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
It is imperative that all meeting attendees stay at the Chaparral Suites. We have negotiated the meeting space and lunches with the room blocks to keep our overall costs down.
