One of the association's more underutilized resources is the webinar held every three weeks to review the news presented in the previous issue of Postal Points.
While every individual in every member company may not have a job responsibility related to the USPS, almost every member company is involved in printing or producing mail, and therefore has a staff member with some postal duties. The webinars, like the publication, are for those individuals, and we encourage them to read the newsletter and call in for the free webinar.
To make the sessions more relevant and beneficial, we have made them interactive, i.e., participants can ask questions and engage in discussions live, rather than just listening-in.
Of course, like other association benefits, it can only be of value to any member company if it's used, so we encourage you or someone on your staff to participate.
