What does "PressSync Codes" in Curve software means?
There is on choice in the Based On box names PressSync Curve including CMYK, and each one have two selection, one is from A to H, the other is the value from 20 to 70.
Anyone knows what is it means? Any old RIPs use this code?

I believe that is for Esko's pressSYNC calibration

The letter denotes the shape of the curve and the number the steepness of the curve.

    Hi Mike,

PressSync Curves are a product of Esko. They are very much a current business, and their RIP and other products are mainly known in the packaging industry. Here’s a little more information about how and why they use the PressSync curves:
    https://docs.esko.com/docs/en-us/curvepilot/18.1/referenceguide/home.html#about.html

We are always open to supporting in Curve the different ways that RIPs have of getting information into their systems.
