Try running best quality setting, highest fusing pressure and try to get the machine to run as slow as possible. If you have a option to preheat the stock that should help out getting some more longevity for the customer.
For restaurants that have request the synthetic menus I use an fda approve cold laminate

We do alot of menus on polyblend and customers are using water and soap and toner print still coming off. We are using Konica 6100 color machines.
Does anyone have suggestions that has worked for them?
Only say menus will last 6 months?
