Where I can I find the math for the SCCA calculator?

    Hello all,
I'm looking for the math behind the SCC Calculator Excel worksheet. I assume it's not proprietery but for some reason the public Excel doc has all the formulas protected.
    Reason:
    1) I'd to use datasets other than the TC1617.
    2) One of my goals is to take measurements from different substrates, "correct" them for the substrate Lab and then see how they compare in a "relative" sense.

One example of where I'm heading with this: I've printed a small set of patches on two different substrates (fabrics) but using the same ICC output profile. The one fabric has a huge amount of OBAs while the other is pretty much OBA-neutral. When comparing the M1 measurements, the difference is > 5.0 dE00. When I compare using M2, the difference is only 1.00 dE00. This tells me that I can use the SAME profile for both fabrics when using a "substrate-corrected" rendering intent such as perceptual or relative colorimetric.

My hope is to reduce my profiling workload from 30+ fabrics down to possibly a handful. Printing a small target on each fabric and them correcting the measuremetns using SCCA should tell me which fabrics can share the same profile and which cannot.
