Can anyone help me with the below error from our i1iO table? It cost too much and not worthy to have XRite for repair. There is no object leaning or resting on table.

    Thank you

Make sure your table is on a level surface. If the spectro has to swing uphill, it might not be reaching the home position. Have you tried taking the arm off and reattaching as well?

Yes, it’s level surface and I took off the arm off then re-installed.
    Thank you, Craig

Check and make sure there tower is attached correctly. Make sure there is nothing the arm could be hanging up on

    Thanks in advance.

Make sure the table is level so the spectro reaches the home position.

Thanks Craig, got the electronic level out and adjusting the table - it was out maybe a couple of degrees. Leaving the power off for 15 mins solved the issue previously, however, that is no longer working. I'm going to try it again shortly. Will report back either way and would welcome any further guidance if it's not working.

    Best, Denise
